Our Services

Property Management

Once you agree for us to look after your property for a specified period of time, usually between 3-5 years, it will be in exchange for a guaranteed monthly rent (regardless of whether or not the property is occupied, you’ll receive guaranteed rent for up to 5 years).

Essentially, we will rent the property from you, fill your property with new tenants, also manage the property and tenancy.

Maintenance

Relax, as we will handle all maintenance and repairs promptly and efficiently. Rest assured your property stays in top condition. Our commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of property ownership, including minor maintenance and repairs coordination. This will reduce your time spent on any property related tasks.

Tenant Screening

Our tenant screening and placement services are designed to minimize risk, ensure a seamless leasing process, and foster long-term positive landlord-tenant relationships. It will include detailed application forms and interviewing of potential tenants to ensure they are suitable for your property.
